Our miniature courtyard home. The east facing corner site, with south facing rear yard, leant it self to the possibility of a semi-detached extension with a central courtyard between, allowing solar access into the newly established living spaces and main bedroom. The extension was a nod to the historic stable buildings of the neighbourhood. It also created the opportunity for an independent entry and address to the side street.
