Peachy Green Studio is collaboration with landscape designer Fran Hale to create a workspace — and street presence — for her practice. Reflecting the ethos of the Nightingale 2.0 building it rests within, the Peachy Green Studio is a collaborative space which invites the community co-create a greener future. The brief was to fit out a small workspace in the 40m2 shell. Key features include an engaging street frontage, four spacious workstations, a kitchenette, storage space and an accessible bathroom. The playful colour palette is discreetly driven by the landscape designer’s branding: soft peach, foliage and glimpses of green. Balancing these natural elements are industrial honed blockwork, exposed services and a restrained concrete floor finish. High ceilings ensure a sense of spaciousness and possibility.
